PHANTOM LURES SHIPPING & RETURNS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders purchased through our website are shipped Standard Ground and usually arrive within one to seven business days depending on the delivery distance from Minnesota.
CARRIERS
Phantom Lures utilizes multiple ground carriers to ensure we are able to ship most economically. Carriers include; UPS, FEDX, USPS, SpeeDee, and multiple LTL carriers depending on destination region.
BACKORDERS
We strive to fill every order in its entirety. However, in the event an item is not available at the time of shipment it will automatically be canceled from your order and you will be notified by email. You will not be charged for the canceled item(s). If you still wish to order the item(s) you must reorder. Check our website PhantomLures.com for product availability.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We do ship products internationally direct to consumers. Applicable shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer/consumer.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however, due to the additional freight requirements, these orders may require additional processing. To inquire about an order to these destinations please click the Contact Us tab and send us a note. We will do our best to reply within 24 hours, M-F, except holidays.
WILL CALL ORDERS
Phantom Lures does not allow will-call orders.
TIMING
Once the authorized return is received, inspected and accepted by our receiving department (usually within 3 to 5 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days.
Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
